Marie gold biscuit (1 packet) 143 Grams
Coffee Mix
Powdered sugar 2 tbsps
All-purpose flour / Maida 3 1/2 Tablespoons
Instant Coffee powder 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Milk 1/2 Cup
Chocolate Mix
Unsalted butter 50 Grams
Powdered sugar 6 Tablespoons
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Drinking Chocolate Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Directions: Mix ingredients listed under Coffee mix. This would be medium thick. Dip marie biscuit one by one in the above prepared coffee mix. Biscuits should be well coated. Arrange biscuit as a stack one on top of the other. Once all biscuits are coated well, lie down the stack. Preferably, keep it in an aluminium foil.
For chocolate mix, heat butter until it gets melted. Mix 6 tbsp sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate powder and melted butter. This would be a thick mix. Cover the whole biscuit stack with chocolate mix uniformly. Cover with aluminum foil and keep in fridge for 3 hrs. Cut it into slices from the corner at 30 degrees. Initial two pieces will be small and after that you will get the regular size slice.

4 tablespoon golden syrup
4 tablespoon cocoa
Garnish-
1 slab dairymilk chocolate
Flaked almonds/ pistachios/ hazelnuts
Directions: Roughly crush biscuits. Leave aside. Melt butter on low heat on stove and add other ingredients and mix in on stove. Allow to heat through, then remove from heat. Make sure to stir so does not catch at bottom. Pour mixture into biscuits and mix together well. Spray 'and cook a small square or rectangle pan. Spoon mixture into pan and flatten. Next, melt chocolate and pour over. Sprinkle on nuts and leave to set in fridge for 30 minutes.

100 grams butter
1 cup sugar - , granulated
2 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
Directions: Grease 6" round baking dish with removable bottom with butter. Break Marie biscuit into 5-6 pieces to form large chunks.
For Chocolate Sauce, in a sauce pan, beat sugar and butter until well combined. Then add two eggs and beat again. Now, mix in cocoa powder. Heat the chocolate sauce on low heat. And cook until sugar is dissolved.
For Cold Cake, add Marie biscuit in chocolate sauce and mix well so Marie biscuit is coated with sauce. Put the cake mixture in the greased baking dish and refrigerate for 3 hours. Cold cake is ready.
