From the 3 rd to the 6th of May, the resort will feature elegant five-course dinners and bountiful beach barbecues, offering the best of both worlds as diners can savor fresh local seafood and tender racks of lamb. Further, Chef Gomes will be hosting an exclusive table at the resort’s private island Bodu Finolhu. Limited to twelve diners, the exclusive and intimate experience will feature a fusion of vibrant flavors and fresh local produces including from the resort’s hydroponic garden, The Greenhouse.

Right after him, is someone who will leave you a bit tipsy if you drink too much, Benjamin Padrón. He hails from Licorería Limantour the world’s top 6 bar on the list of ‘World’s 50 Best Bars’, Benjamin will not only be crafting his signature mixes by the beach, but he will also be pairing his creations at exclusive dinners and set to make Bodu Island the best bar in the world for one spectacular evening.

Aquè is an illy Master Barista having graduated from illy’s own Università del Caffè (University of Coffee) and will be in the resort from 6-10 June.
