Aaidha Majdhy has been working in the Maldivian hospitality industry for almost a decade now, but her interest in the field was nurtured way earlier. Having worked with established brands in the Maldives, her experience in pre-opening has refined over years of fine-toothing every detail at the resort and now, she has signed up with Le Meridien Maldives Resort & Spa as their Sales Manager ahead of welcoming tourists in September.
Sales and Marketing are renowned passions for Aaidha, who has gained pre-opening experience at Malahini Kuda Bandos, St.Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, and Waldorf Asotira Maldives Ithaafushi before moving to her former position as Sales Manager at Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi. As part of her job, Aaidha has learnt her way around competitors locally and internationally in placing the resort at par and ensuring the product achieves maximum revenue in sales with partners.
