Alila is joined by two new appointees, Alexandre Glauser as the new General Manager and Kiran Sonawane as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. The two experienced leaders are all set to take the resort operations through the roof, giving guests the best vacation of their lives.

As the new GM, Swiss national, Alexandre brings with him a generous amount of knowledge in working with some of the biggest international tourism hubs including Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka & Thailand. “We are honored to welcome guests to one of the world’s most blissful destinations and we look forward to sharing with them the awe-inspiring nature that surrounds us.” Expressing his enthusiasm over the new recruitment, Alexandre shared his thoughts.

Indian travel enthusiast, the new DoS&M Kiran Sonawane brings to the table his extraordinary list of skills with over two decades of experience in the travel market. With various countries on his list includes India, Australia, Sri Lanka, Middle East and now Maldives! There is no doubt, the team will feel more complete now more than ever with the two leaders in operations.
