The ONYX Clean initiative redefines the resort’s operational hygiene and safety standards from arrival to departure. Guests will go through temperature readings on arrival and will be offered hand sanitization. Physical distancing will be practiced where there are queues. Guests are requested to assist in completing an ONYX Health and Travel Questionnaire.
The resort will be sanitizing high-traffic and common touch areas hourly. Furniture in the lobby and elevator capacities have been minimized so that guests can observe physical distancing.
