Amilla Maldives Brings A Treasure Island-Inspired Easter To Paradise

The exclusive five-star resort, Amilla Maldives Resort & Residences is commemorating Easter in a slightly different way by inviting buccaneers and marauders on a ‘Treasure Island’ themed Easter programme. From April 7th to 16th, Amilla will head ‘seaward ho!’ with a stunning lineup of events and activities inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale.
To make this Easter an unforgettable affair in paradise, Amilla Maldives is inviting a luminous crew to the island, bringing with them many diverse talents to keep up the spirits at the heart of the Indian Ocean. The island’s popular animators, Des and Zoie O’Connor will be taking the reins for all children’s activities while fire dancer, Ivan will illuminate evenings with riveting dinnertime performances.
Moreover, the conjuring magician, Yang Wei will also be enthralling guests with his mysterious skills whereas duo aerialists, Felipe and Evgenia will stun guests with their acrobatic performances. Adding more flair to the occasion is sand artist, Daria who will be demonstrating her work through sand in a totally immersive experience. On the entertainment front, Amilla Maldives invites DJ Tappu and local band, Defnote to the resort, both of whom will light up the stage with engaging live performances.
A very special guest will take residency at the resort this Easter too, giving tennis aficionados the chance to train with a true professional. Ekaterina Makarova who was once ranked World No.1 in doubles and No. 8 in singles will be making a guest appearance at Amilla Maldives this April, offering guests on-hand coaching to improve their tennis capabilities. The resort’s newly refurbished US Open-standard tennis courts will provide a floor for all tennis enthusiasts which can be elevated further with special tennis events & activities brought by Amilla’s tennis partner, RTC Tennis.
