SEA Underwater Restaurant, known for its surreal ocean views, immerses diners in a 3D dining spectacle with marine life as their companions. The enchanted evening for an intimate group of 16 guests spans two hours and six courses, combining entertainment and discovery. The storyline, beginning with an Avatar from the future and a fairy bearing a message in a bottle, weaves through the urgent plea to save oceans. The fairy, portraying the consequences of non-sustainable practices, guides guests through actionable steps for conservation, echoed in specially crafted dishes.
Executive Chef Joachim Textor presents a gastronomic journey from the deep sea to the arctic, each dish symbolizing an aspect of ocean conservation.
