With Routehappy Content, Emirates has collaborated with ATPCO to expand and extend the airline's new distribution content (NDC) offerings. Emirates was one of the first airlines to use Routehappy Content to improve its indirect channel merchandising and retailing capabilities.
The airline is currently concentrating on its omnichannel distribution strategy and delivering enhanced offers to agencies via Emirates' NDC API Gateway. can see the appropriate offer, with the right content, at the right time.
The new connection is currently live on Emirates' direct connect NDC API Gateway platform, allowing travel agencies and corporate shoppers that utilize Emirates Gateway to have a more personalized shopping experience. The agreement extends Routehappy Content's global retailing reach, allowing more agencies to access ATPCO's user-friendly and customer-centric rich content.
All agencies and sales channels that use Emirates' Gateway API may take advantage of the new rich content enhanced offerings. Emirates encourages any channel that isn't already using its Gateway API to contact the airline so that it may access the full range of Emirates ticket offerings.
