Bangkok Airways has made a triumphant return to the skies, reestablishing its flights between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and the Maldives. Having abruptly ceased flights to the Maldives on May 21, 2023, Bangkok Airways has reinstated this crucial connection, aiming to alleviate the inconvenience faced by many travelers.

Departing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, flight PG711 will take off from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 09:20 and touch down at Velana International Airport (MLE) in Male by 11:45. The return journey, flight PG712, will depart from MLE at 12:40, landing back at BKK by 19:20.
