BBM, a prominent resort supplier in the Maldives, recently partnered with the globally renowned brand DREIDOPPEL to host a series of training sessions and product demonstrations. Held from July 30th to August 8th, 2024, these sessions aimed to enhance the skills of baking and pastry chefs, as well as culinary teams from resorts, hotels, restaurants, and cafes across the Maldives.

Master Pâtissier Frankie Robin, known globally for his innovative and dedicated approach, led the hands-on sessions and demonstrations. His extensive experience and frequent collaborations have significantly influenced many chefs and culinary trends. Robin showcased the ease of use, time-saving, and cost optimization achievable in pastry kitchens through DREIDOPPEL’s products, which include items like Creme Brulee, Bineatta, mousse, jams, and fillers for bakery items.
