Singapore-based Capella Hotel Group introduced a new brand to its portfolio – Patina Hotels and Resorts. The first Patina property is set to open in the Maldives in the fourth quarter of this year on a new archipelago called Fari Islands in the North Atoll of the Maldives.
A 50-minutes speedboat ride from Male International Airport, the new archipelago, launched by Singapore-based real estate developer Pontiac Land, is also set to open in the fourth quarter this year.
Patina Maldives, Fari Islands – is designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan. The resort will offer 90 beach and water villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Along with the villas, the resort will also offer 20 Fari Studios, which, according to a spokesperson, are another accommodation option.
