Chiara Soldati to Host Exclusive Winemaker Dinner at Conrad Maldives

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has announced a special Winemaker Dinner with Chiara Soldati, CEO of La Scolca and a celebrated name in Italian winemaking. The exclusive event is set for 10th August 2025, in the resort’s renowned underground Wine Cellar.

Chiara Soldati, representing the fourth generation of the Soldati family, leads La Scolca, a respected wine estate in Gavi, Piedmont, with a history of over 100 years. Known for producing some of Italy’s finest wines, La Scolca’s vintages will be the highlight of the evening.

Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu designed to pair perfectly with the wines. Featured dishes include pan-seared rainbow trout with saffron bisque, herbs-crusted beef tenderloin, and mulled wine poached pears, each accompanied by wines hand-selected and presented by Chiara herself.

The event will take place in the Maldives’ first and only underground wine cellar, offering an intimate and luxurious setting for wine lovers and culinary enthusiasts to engage with one of Italy’s most influential winemakers.
