CROSSROADS Maldives Introduces HotelPay for Russian and CIS Guests

CROSSROADS Maldives, the premier multi-island leisure destination, has launched HotelPay, a new payment gateway designed to enhance the travel experience for guests from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). This innovative system allows guests to book stays and make payments in Russian Rubles, either online or on-property at SO/ Maldives, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Recognizing the need for localized payment solutions, CROSSROADS Maldives aims to simplify the guest experience by addressing barriers like international payment restrictions and cash handling. HotelPay offers a secure and seamless way to make transactions, eliminating concerns over local card limitations.

Frederic Lebegue, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and Alexander Traeger, General Manager of SAii Lagoon Maldives, praised the introduction of HotelPay, calling it an important step in making the guest experience as smooth as possible. Olivier Moies-Delval, General Manager of SO/ Maldives, emphasized that the new payment option aligns with the resort's commitment to superior guest satisfaction, ensuring that visitors can fully enjoy the luxury and vibrant atmosphere of their stay without distractions.
