CROSSROADS Maldives Team Helped Olive Ridley Sea Turtle Stuck in a Net.

As a worldwide hospitality brand, S Hotels & Resorts is big on making sure that all their properties are running in the most sustainable way possible. Which means making sure to take care of the environment that they are operating in and helping to sustain them.

For CROSSROADS Maldives, that means the oceans, as the Maldives is consistent with 99% water. 

Recently, they have done something incredible and saved an Olive Ridley sea turtle. The turtle was stuck in some discarded fishing net which was irresponsibly thrown away into the ocean. 

Following S Hotels & Resort’s philosophy of sustainable development, they carry out various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects at many oceanside properties, notably at Santiburi Koh Samui, SAii Phi Phi Island Village, SAii Laguna Phuket, and CROSSROADS Maldives.
