And this isn’t surprising as the resort does have an amazing team behind these dishes. Its new Executive Chef brings in over 10 years of experience in the field.
Daniel Agathine was the Executive Sous Chef at the resort for almost 2 years, until he was promoted to the position of Executive Chef recently. The combination of culinary experiences at some of the world’s top hospitality companies along with excellent management skills make him a wonderful employee for the position.
Agathine first joined Constance Hotels in 2009 as a Sous Chef and after 2 years, he contributed in the same position but at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. After this, he worked at Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa and Savoy Resort & Spa Seychelles, where he first experienced being an Executive Sous Chef. The talented chef then returned in 2019 to where his journey first began.
With Agathine as the Executive Chef, Constance Moofushi is expected to further improve its dining services. “Daniel’s promotion is a testament of his commitment to always provide prompt and quality services to both external and internal customers of our resort,” read a statement by the resort.
