Deanne Garling- Fari Island’s Director of HR

The Ritz-Carlton has appointed Deanne Garling to fill the position of Director of Human Resources at its Maldives property, Fari Islands.

Deanne is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having experience at Gili Lankanfushi for nine years prior to most recent role as Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi, where she oversaw the opening of this resort.

Originally from Australia, she holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Business and began her hospitality career in Australia with various hotels including Radisson on flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne and Stella Hospitality Group.
