Dhigufaru Island Resort, nestled on the protected Biosphere reserve of Baa Atoll, is all set to welcome back guests on 1st of September after the completion of a magnificent expansion project. So when you return to this exotic island, expect an experience bigger and better than before!
The luxury resort has introduced 45 new luxury villas to its accommodation range. This includes 20 Over Water Villas, 20 Over Water Pool Villas, 2 Bedroom Family Villas and a Presidential Suite. Further, 10 of the 30 Beach Villas in the resort has been upgraded to Pool Beach Villas and 10 existing Semi Water Villas has been refurbished.
However, the transformation is much grander, with expansions to a variety of facilities in the resort. The Dhandifulhu Restaurant features panoramic views of the ocean while offering variety and flavors from every corner of the world and a dedicated Maldivian night, which will combine the rich flavors of the country’s indigenous food and traditional entertainment. The restaurant also has its own bar with access to large selection of beverages for your convenience.
The Thundi Pool Bar is the perfect spot to relax by the poolside and enjoy the view from inside the three detached lounge huts surrounding the bar. The Bar has a dedicated kitchen where you can order bistro style cuisines, and finger foods including afternoon tea/coffee as well an extensive selection of exotic cocktails.
Dhigufaru’s Funa Spa offers a comprehensive beauty, health and wellbeing experience within a 241sqm compound within a striking island setting. Whether you want to recharge your body for a day filled with activities or want to relax after an active day, Funa Spa offers a variety of treatments and services.
