Overseas by Mathias Dahlgren, an exclusive restaurant on the island has introduced a new seasonal menu. He is the only Swedish chef to have been awarded the internationally acclaimed “Bocuse d’Or” which is the most prestigious gastronomic competition in the world.
The Overseas menu is a homage to organic vegetables and sustainable catch from the sea, created by Chef Dahlgren. He is renowned for his innovative pescatarian, vegetarian, and plant-based cuisine served on single plates, shared platters, and a Chef's Choice menu for lunch and supper. Though the menu is split mostly between seafood and vegetarian dishes, there will also be fully plant-based options.
