Located within the heart of the Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, the Hologram Room offers an enchanting "swim" with some of the ocean's most fascinating creatures, including manta rays, humpback whales, seahorses, and mimic octopuses. Based on actual encounters with these majestic beings in the nearby waters, the hologram programmes create an immersive and magical experience suitable for all ages.
Twice a day, the Resort's Marine Discovery Centre hosts 30 to 45-minute sessions that guide visitors through a larger-than-life underwater tapestry. This dry-land odyssey is navigated using a dedicated wand, offering young adventurers an entirely new perspective on the ocean's mysteries.
The Hologram Room adventure can be enjoyed independently or as a complement to a real-life encounter with manta rays. Four Seasons Resort Landaa Giraavaru is strategically situated to witness manta mass aggregations – an awe-inspiring phenomenon that occurs regularly from June to November.
To ensure a captivating experience, it's recommended to book the Hologram Room in advance due to limited spaces. Children aged four and above can comfortably use the hologram glasses, and they must be accompanied by an adult.
