The nation’s first dedicated island of a resort establishment for its employees, Fari Campus in Fari Islands, celebrates the opening of a new football field on the island.
Spearheaded by the talented Senior Duty Engineer of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, Mohamed Ziyau, this grandiose project will allow hosting friendly matches between employees, guests from the archipelago’s three luxury resorts and communities from the neighbouring islands in the new field.
Undoubtedly, everyone can look forward to dedicated football camps held here by world-class players invited to the campus. The 6,310 SqM Regalawn P60-318 turf can accommodate 11 players on each side.
Evan Kwee, Head of Design and Hospitality at the Pontiac Land Group, commented, “Fari Islands seeks to provide the next generation of travellers with an elevated Maldivian experience. The football field presents new opportunities for creating wonderful memories through social connection.”
Kwee is proud to offer the islanders and Champions of Fari Island this field as a gesture encouraging the work-life balance within the living environment at the campus. Pontiac Land Group believes that its employees are its greatest resource, and centers its employment around engagement, growth and a sense of community.
