Fathuhulla Saeed: First Maldivian Face Surgeon
Fathuhulla Saeed is the first Maldivian in facial surgery known as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the surgery of the face, mouth, and jaws.
With only two foreigners previously in this field, this is a great progress in the country’s health sector.
Fathuhullah has gained several experience in the medical field. After graduating from Russia he worked in R. Ugoofaaru and Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi after which he joined IGMH. He provided service for 4 years before going overseas in 2016 and returned with a specialty in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
