Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives has launched a new wellness experience for guests: Float & Flow Yoga. Set against the serene backdrop of the resort’s clear blue waters, this activity combines yoga and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) to create a refreshing and mindful session.
Each 60-minute class takes place on the resort’s specially built SUP Yoga Dock, designed in a flower shape with eight paddleboards anchored around a central platform for the instructor. The sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Led by resident yoga instructor Courtney Chambers, the class focuses on gentle movement, breathing, and balance. She describes the experience as playful, calming, and a beautiful way to reconnect with nature.
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 10:00 am. Each session accommodates up to eight participants, with a minimum of three required for the class to run. The cost is US$45 per person, inclusive of all taxes and charges.
For those looking to capture the moment, a drone photo and video package is available at an additional US$25 per person.
Guests are encouraged to wear swimwear or yoga clothes and arrive 10 minutes early at the resort’s Perfect Wave Surf Shop for a short briefing.
Whether you're seeking peace, fun, or a new kind of adventure, Float & Flow Yoga offers a memorable experience in the heart of the Maldives.
