Kelly’s ffavorite part of her job is watching clients achieve their wellness objectives after being immersed in a soothing and restorative atmosphere and given the tools for recovery. She can assist visitors focus on nutrition to help them overcome stress, sleep difficulties, and bad eating behaviors, including those that may have developed over the last year, as well as to aid with immunity, digestion, weight management, hormones, skin, and blood sugar balance. Guests are given a tailored diet, lifestyle, and supplement plan based on characteristics body fat, cellular hydration, muscle mass and metabolic age.
Kelly and the resorts' chefs collaborated to create new wellness breakfast and beverage menus, with healthier meals for lunch, supper, and snacks to follow. Kelly's health and nutrition workshops are also available to guests at the three resorts. “Simple Tips for Eating Healthily” is intended to put a stop to mealtime turmoil and fast fix alternatives, as well as to build a planned balanced diet.
“Nutrition; Sleep Health, and Creating Evening Rituals” examines the relationship between nutrition, sleep, and general wellness, while “Peak Performance Nutrition” explores nutrition methods through food, vitamins, minerals, and herbs to boost immunity, energy, and decrease stress. The lectures, which include cooking demonstrations and tastings, may be attended as a group or as a private event.
