Heritance Aarah’s Exquisite Ceylon Tea Mocktail Wins Tea Masters Sketch Contest 2020

The Tea Masters Sketch Contest 2020 held in May commemorated International Tea Day. The competition was organized by The Tea Master’s Cup with Ceylon Tea and required contestants to present a freestyle tea service where Ceylon Tea was served with a snack. R&B Manageress Panchali Mandakini representing Heritance Aarah Maldives in the competition to this to another level with her exquisite Mocktail drink from her own concoction made from pure Ceylon Black Tea.

The many health benefits of Ceylon Tea is world renown and Mandakini’s embodiment of the ingredient in her scrumptiousMocktail infused with Maldivian elements impressed the audience. Her platter was served with smoked Maldivian Tuna with curry leave roti, Ceylon Hibiscus Tea infused Panna Cotta on a Srilankan Pancake.

Mandakini has been a part of the Heritance Aarah family since 2019. Her curiosity to learn new techniques increases her culinary prowess and places her well among the rising stars of the island.

Mandakini’s achievement in the competition was praised by the panel of judges for its innovation and creative nature. Mandakini won the 2018 competition as a participant from Sri Lanka and got the chance to showcase in the World Championship alongside previous winners from 22 other countries.
