Hideaway Beach Resort Welcomes A New Team Member As Resident Manager

Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and its new elevated luxury collection, The Signature Collection by Hideaway in the Maldives is set to be elevated in their game with the new addition to their team as the Resident Manager.
Lily Hotels has recently welcomed Amir Badr that brings over 12 years of experience in the various sectors of hotel management in the ever-blooming hospitality industry in the Maldives. To have been worked previously in Malaysia, Australia, Oman & Thailand, Amir plans to set the tone for the game-changing challenges that will lead his team to great success.
His passion for the industry grows by the minute as Amir aims to create the best working environment for his team in order to achieve the ultimate service for the visiting guests, taking luxury to a whole new level. Being a solid team leader, Amir intends to enhance the team’s performance by involving the team in key decisions along with listening and taking accountability on their suggestions and ideas.

With an ultimate focused mindset, Amir highlighted that the resort will be getting some new and interesting features shortly, which he is working on with the GM and the team to bring out to their guests this year. There will be new sports and recreation facilities, as well as a potentially future maritime experience.
He also stated that a brand-new menu for the Oasis will be released to showcase the culinary experiences that await Signature Guests visiting the resort to enjoy the brand-new collection's experience. In addition, Amir hopes to get the resort's signature feature, the Marina, up and running as soon as possible.
