The starting rate for The Residence per night in the low season (May, July & September) is US$19,860++.

Amenities include a dedicated chef for customized meals, private beach barbeque dinner, private group yoga sessions and ocean and sunset views from all rooms in the suite. You are also given a daily fruit basket, champagne and high tea once during stay.
