From July 4 to 11, 2024, Federico will captivate guests with his artistry and expertise while sharing his knowledge with the resort’s beverage team.
Federico Penzo’s journey into the world of mixology is an inspiring one. Originally a civil engineer, Federico discovered his true passion for mixology and bartending after finding his desk job unfulfilling. Under the mentorship of esteemed mixologists Luca Cinalli and Gabriele Manfredi, Federico honed his skills and went on to become the Director of Bars for EDITION Hotels. His work in luxury hotels and venues listed in “50 Best Bars” and Michelin Starred Restaurants has earned him a distinguished reputation. Known for his unique cocktails and ability to design remarkable bar experiences, Federico’s focus on connecting with people through his craft has set him apart in the industry.

Federico will showcase his passion for creating unique, sustainable cocktails by incorporating the popular home-brewed “Kombucha” – a fermented tea rich in probiotics – and utilising ingredients grown in the resort’s own garden. Guests can look forward to a vibrant display of fresh, organic herbs, fruit, and locally sourced ingredients, all contributing to visually stunning and flavourful concoctions.
