Janaka Vithana, Conrad Maldives' Newest Engineering Head

Proudly introducing the new Director of Engineering at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, Janaka Vithana! He will be the one who is in charge of all things technical at the resort and so, he will, in turn, elevate the guest experience whilst upholding the high-quality facilities standard that the resort is well known for. 

He has over 2 decades of experience under this belt and before coming to Conrad Maldives, he was the Director of Engineering at One & Only Reethi Rah, and prior to this was Director of Engineering for the Huvafen Fushi, Finolhu, and Niyama sister resorts in the Maldives. And he not only has experience in the Maldives, but he has also experienced working in leading engineering roles in Shangri-La Gold Resort & Spa, Aman Resorts, and John Keells hotels in Sri Lanka, as well as Intercontinental properties in Singapore

With his vision and skills, he will be able to supervise and support the team in their constant strive to continuously enhance the guest experience.
