Enver joined the JOALI Maldives opening team in 2017 as Resort Director, taking charge of the resort's operational departments. Recognizing his exceptional contributions, he was promoted to General Manager in 2021.

Shifaz Hassan, the esteemed Resort Manager of JOALI Maldives since March 2022, steps into Enver's shoes as the new General Manager. He initially joined the resort as Front Office Manager in 2018, progressively advancing to the position of Rooms Divisions Manager in 2020 before assuming the role of Resort Manager.

Over the years, Graeme's career path led him to pivotal roles at Karma Jimbaran Resort in Bali, Aleenta Resort & Spa in Hua Hin, Thailand, and Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives. His extensive experience includes orchestrating daily operations, crafting guest engagement strategies, and nurturing professional growth among his team members.
