
Joos Café at The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives has unveiled a refreshed menu that blends flavour, balance and creativity in true island style.
The updated à la carte offering includes new highlights like the Turkey Club House a slow-roasted turkey sandwich layered with crispy turkey bacon, tomato, Swiss cheese and maple mayo, served in artisan schiacciata flatbread or a soft tortilla. It’s a twist on the classic clubhouse with bold, upgraded textures and taste.
Another standout is the Kale & Quinoa Bowl, a plant-based, gluten-free dish packed with kale, quinoa, avocado, edamame, seasonal berries and a citrus dressing designed to be both nourishing and satisfying.
On the indulgent side, Joos Café has introduced the Butcher’s Burger, which will be competing in the Hard Rock Cafe’s Annual World Burger Competition in Malé. This burger features a flame-grilled Angus patty glazed with teriyaki sauce, crispy onion rings, homemade bilimbi hot sauce, fried egg, beef bacon, and pickles.
