With over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Chef Nonky is a seasoned professional who has made her mark in some of the world’s most prestigious establishments, including the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai.
Chef Nonky’s impressive career has taken her across the globe, working with leading resorts, cruise lines, and airlines in diverse locations such as the Maldives, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to culinary excellence and a passion for innovation.
In her new role at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, Chef Nonky will oversee all culinary operations, bringing her signature creativity and global influences to every dish. Originally from Indonesia, she has built a reputation for crafting dining experiences that are not only unique to each destination but also reflect the highest standards of five-star service. Her expertise is rooted in her work with renowned hotel chains, including Jumeirah, Four Seasons, Shangri-La, and the Mandarin Oriental Group.
