Jumeirah Olhahali Island has also announced year-end programme of visiting wellness practitioners and seasonal experiences at the Talise Spa of the resort. The program pays attention to physical, mental, and emotional health and provides the guests with customized renewal opportunities.

Between 15 September and 30 October, Portuguese osteopath Odete Cruz will offer therapies in accordance with over 15 years of experience in the structural, craniosacral and visceral methods. Her classes would focus on restoring the circulation, enhancing mobility, and eliminating tension, and reflexology therapies would promote balance and relaxation.

Dr. Tridendra Shakya will hold the naturopathy, yogic sciences, acupuncture and stress management practices between 1 and 30 November. His practice is a combination of classic and novel techniques, such as yoga, reflexology, cupping, Tai Chi, and Ayurvedic treatments to aid in pain treatment, detoxification, and energy.

Between 3 December and 1 January, Satya Morillas Mir will teach her guests her Global Balance Method that incorporates Chinese medicine, craniosacral therapy, reiki, yoga, and meditation. Her lessons center on self-reflection, breathwork and energy healing.

The resort has also launched seasonal wellness travel, such as full moon practices, Global wellness day celebrations and new treatments in collaboration with GROUND Wellbeing with rituals like The Grounding Ritual and The Balancing Ritual.
