Kaimoo Resort Maldives- 40th Anniversary

This year, Kaimoo Travels & Hotel Services turns 40, a milestone in the tourism industry of Maldives.

40 years ago, The Kaimo Group opened its first resort, Embudu Village, with just 30 rooms. After 20 years, Kam Hotel, one of the first city hotels in the Maldives, opened in Malé City. Within the next 7 years, they opened Summer Island Village in Malé Atoll and Equator Village in Addu. In early 2000s, Kaimoo introduced the Mookai Hotel and Mookai Suites. In 2015, Summer Island Maldives was opened after a complete redevelopment.
