Sun Resort’s post-COVID Sanitary Guest Journey protocol includes the new Clean Resort label and collaboration with SGS. This new scheme will evaluate the efficacy of cleaning and disinfection procedures in each resort. The products, protocols and measures are therefore certified and audited by SGS.
The protocol focuses on 3 factors or the 3Ss: Safety, Sanitization and Sustainability. While providing training and ensuring hand hygiene for the protection of hotel associates, the resort works with their partners and suppliers to make sure all rooms, public spaces and facilities are cleaned and disinfected. Further, through the SUNCARE Programme, the resort has established a strategy for the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, considering these as a main source for sustainable development.
The new Clean Resort label is the resort’s seal of approval, ensuring guests that protocols have been respected and will be visible on all touch points throughout their stay. Guests’ safe journey starts the moment they arrive, with Sun Greetings and Temperature Check of guest and record on arrival.
