The restaurant is a testament to the vision and ingenuity of Chef/Restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa. The long-envisioned Colombo restaurant finally made its way to Maldives on October 2019 through Thailand’s Singha Estates newest project of an only multi-island, fully integrated leisure destination in the Maldives, the CROSSROADS.
