Kuredu Maldives is known for their wide-range of outstanding culinary experiences. From Japanese to Authentic Asian Cuisines, from local to international level cuisines, this resort aims to provide premium, fresh and unique ingredients to cook for their guests. The ingredients are locally produced by experienced and unique local vendors.
To add to the unique dining experiences for the guests, Executive Sous Chef, Marek Koucky and his crew have come up with a unique blend of specifically selected produce of the region, locally sourced seafood and a daily harvest of fresh veggies, fragrant herbs, and aromatic spices from Kuredu's enormous greenhouse and organic garden.
This new menu was inspired by “Produce-to-plate” concept specifically for the health-conscious and ethically minded guests. The new menu will consist of a flavorful selection of seafood varieties, inventive vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free delights, a couple of varieties of desserts and a selection of hand-picked premium wine from the resorts very own wine cellar.
Complimenting this new menu, the guests will get to experience the resorts freshly baked bread and Kuredu’s special “seaweed” butter. Guests are invited to dine healthily and naturally, whether sea-facing or on the beach under the stars, and to experience the Maldives' and Indian Ocean's exquisite flavors.
