Latest Procedures Regarding Identification Card

To stop the spread of the coronavirus in the country, National ID card services have been halted temporarily. As the government has received several complaints regarding this, an announcement was made regarding the procedures to be followed.

As per the announcement, in case of a newborn baby, an ID card is lost or need to be renewed, birth certificate, passport, driving license or national ID card number that was due after 1st January 2020 can be used to get services that require your ID card. This will be effective until 30th June 2020.

Further, in a press release, Aasandha announced that national ID card copy, license card, passport, or any document that displays national ID card number can be used to acquire the company’s services.
