Originally from Addu City, Nafiu brings over 15 years of experience with Marriott International, starting his career as a Service Agent in 2009. He joined Le Méridien Maldives in 2021 as Front Office Manager and has been noted for his exceptional leadership qualities.

Nafiu’s promotion recognizes his significant contributions to the resort, showcasing his dedication to exceptional guest service and a positive work environment. Thomas Schult, General Manager of Le Méridien Maldives, praised Nafiu’s genuine care and commitment to the resort’s values, highlighting his role in enhancing the guest experience.
