Throughout her professional journey, Ganna has showcased a profound understanding of market dynamics, consistently implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies that elevate both business development and guest experiences. Hailing from Ukraine, Ganna commenced her career as a Front Office Manager at Hotel Dakkar before rising to the role of Hotel General Manager in Ukraine's largest local hotel chain. Her journey led her to the Maldives, where she became a valuable member of the Minor Hotel Group's Central Reservations Team. Before joining Le Méridien Maldives, Ganna served as the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager at Crown & Champa Resorts, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 10 properties in the country.
