Luxury Resorts in Maldives Joins TTG’s Next Event, “Restart Travel”

TTG Media has announced a new series of events to support the travel industry as the sector opens back up post Covid-19. In the new “Restart Travel” events, top resorts from the Indian Ocean, Tenerife, Greece and Caribbean will join. The second TTG Restart: Travel event on 22 July will focus on the hotels and resorts sector.

Agents attending the event will hear a presentation from Sun Siyam Resorts in Maldives and Hummingbird Travel/ Radisson Blu and Hurawalhi in the Maldives. The speakers include Joanne Robinson, commercial director, Spring Hotels (Tenerife); Katharine Wood, regional director, Sun Siyam Resorts (Maldives); Tomas Cochrane, director of sales and marketing, Hummingbird Travel.

In the seminar, the partners will be discussing the latest travel updates to their respective destinations, how and when the properties are reopening to guests, and how agents can manage clients’ expectations appropriately to ensure their experience as ever. All travel professionals are invited to attend the one hour morning seminar, before the agent-only training sessions taking place afterwards.
