MasterChef Alex Webb hosts Gastronomy Adventure at Joali Maldives.

Born in Essex, the December 2020 MasterChef winner has left his role as head chef of Square 1 in Dunmow in January 2021 and was looking towards opening up his own restaurant once Covid19 restrictions were lifted.

He impressed the judges with creative and imaginative dishes over the course of six weeks during the competition and is now hoping to bring the same flair to his own venue.

For now, he plans to join a guest chef residency at Joali Maldives. His excitement is contagious! He plans to have 3 dinners and 1 demonstration over the course of the 12 days of his stay. With him, he will be bringing Danny Fisher.
