The Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI) hosted the second edition of its MATI Insight series on November 17, 2024, featuring a Strategy Masterclass by renowned strategist Mark Pollard. Held at Crossroads Maldives Event Hall, the session attracted over 75 participants eager to enhance their strategic and planning skills.
During the intensive workshop, Pollard introduced the Four Points Framework, a structured approach to strategy development. Participants learned to identify key insights, transform them into actionable strategies, and communicate their ideas with precision. The masterclass focused on the importance of clear language for brand success and taught participants how to craft impactful creative briefs.
The hands-on session included over 10 interactive exercises, allowing attendees to apply the Four Points Framework to develop their own brand strategies.
Mark Pollard, the founder of Mighty Jungle, has worked with top brands such as The Economist, Electronic Arts, Facebook, and Twitter. With his vast experience in strategy, including leadership roles at McCann and Leo Burnett, Pollard is a recognized expert in the field. His guidance during the MATI Insight workshop provided valuable insights into the art of strategic communication and brand development for tourism professionals in the Maldives.
