Ms Nika Kim has been appointed as Senior Sales Manager at the recently opened Hyatt resort, Alila Kothaifaru Maldives in which the team is thrilled to announce! Nika provides almost ten years of expertise in the hospitality industry, including work she previously did in the commercial division at Grand Park Kodhipparu and Ayada Maldives.
With this new appointment, Nika will now be responsible for the Russia and CIS market, where she will introduce Alila Kothaifaru Maldives as the newest luxury resort to open in 2022, the same year that the Maldives is also highly celebrating the 50th golden jubilee of tourism in the island nation.
Nika, who speaks English, Korean, and Russian well, graduated with a Master's in Public Administration from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea. She has accumulated a wealth of experience in forging new connections and upholding solid client relationships over the course of her career in hospitality.
The Russian enthusiast has a strong passion for exploring the world, discovering new cultures, going to the theater, and watching musicals & ballet performances. She also always wanted to write a book that could be made into a film, hopefully one day where she can explore the theatrical industry.
Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, like all Alila resorts, is designed in harmony with the environment, preserving the destination's extraordinary natural beauty while creating understated, sophisticated spaces for guests to unwind.
The all-pool-villa resort, which is located on the island of Kothaifaru in the scenic Raa Atoll, was designed by Singapore-based Studiogoto, who took inspiration from the island's flat topography to create an environment that feels completely at one with nature. Simplicity, sustainability, and physical connections to the natural environment create space for guests to breathe, reflect, and be restored at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives!
