Chef Rhodes, a seasoned culinary artisan, brings a wealth of global expertise, from his Michelin-starred experiences to his role in opening the underwater restaurant Edge in the Maldives. As the owner of Smoke & Barrel in Hong Kong, Rhodes has perfected the art of Texas BBQ, serving up signature dishes like beef brisket, pulled pork, and smoked beef tongue.

The event will feature two exclusive dinners at Milaidhoo's Azure Beach Restaurant and Shoreline Grill. The American Pop-Up BBQ at Azure Beach offers a casual, interactive experience, where guests can enjoy smoky delights cooked over the iconic Big Green Egg grill and an underground pibil.
