Resident Yogi of Milaidhoo, Shubh was born in the foothills of Himalayas in Rishikesh, where the culture is centered around a yogic way of life. With this deeply rooted in his upbringing, Shubh mastered his passion for yoga which brought him to the shores of Milaidhoo, its natural harmony perfect for immersing in breathing techniques of yoga. He will be guiding guests through thoughtfully designed techniques to help participants understand and learn to control their breathing in order to release any built up physical and psychological tension.
