Minor Hotels Debuts Its First Avani-Branded Property In The Maldives

On 1st April 2023, the Avani brand featured under the Minor Hotels portfolio made its debut in the Maldives with the launching of Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort. Poised to bring laid-back luxury to the scenic shores of Baa Atoll, the property is set on the western rim of the heart-shaped atoll on a pristine stretch of natural island. This new key resort marks the sixth property under the Minor Hotels label, strengthening its positioning as a prominent industry player in the Indian Ocean destination.
The ultra-luxe resort was launched with a series of compelling opening offers, designed to offer competitive prices for retreats without any compromise. Prices start at USD 650 per night for Avani Beach Studios whereas Four-Bedroom Beach Pavilions are available from USD 2,800 per night onwards.
Paradise is unfurled at the property with an array of accommodation categories ranging from spacious Three-Bedroom Overwater villas laid out across the island’s turquoise lagoon to decadent beach pool villas and pavilions tucked away on the white-topped beach. Catering to multigenerational family stays, the property features two, three and four-bedroom beach pavilions and three-bedroom overwater options, paving way for memorable group escapades on the island.
The multi-faceted concept and design of the resort aim to strike the perfect balance between privacy and connectivity with a plethora of designated spaces created for relaxation and entertainment. Interiors are curated to let the outside in, with tribal-themed rooms alluringly leading towards private swimming pools and sun decks with powdery white shores just beyond the villa.
