Mohit Dembla's journey in the hospitality industry commenced with The Oberoi Group, and over the years, he brought his expertise to esteemed brands like Taj Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, and Minor International across India, the Seychelles, and the Maldives. Joining Marriott International in 2014 marked a significant chapter, and his venture with JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa began in 2018 as Resort Manager for the grand opening.
