National Beach Volleyball Team Training Facility

On Saturday evening, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has officially opened the training facility of the National Beach Volleyball Team at the Hulhumalé Youth Park.

The inaugural kicked off with a volleyball match between the Ministry and Government positions vs the national volleyball team. The team featured President Solih, Speaker of Parliament and former President Mohamed Nasheed and Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment Ahmed Mahloof on one side.

President Solih also participated in another game featuring a team representing the Youth Ministry against the ‘Maldives Volleyball Veterans’ side. President Solih, Speaker of Parliament Mohamed Nasheed, Youth Minister Ahmed Mahloof, Member of Parliament for Hulhumalé Ali Niyaz and President of Maldives Volleyball Veterans Sayyid Ali represented the Ministry team.
