Nike Launches Hijab Swimwear Collection

Nike has launched new swimwear collection for women wearing hijab. Through the new Nike Victory Swim Collection, women can choose from a full body swimsuit or individual pieces including a swimming hijab, a tunic top and leggings. Nike also released performance hijab for Muslim women athletes in 2017.

Creative Director Martha Moore says that Nike wants to inspire more women in sports by thinking creatively and designing inclusively. Reviewers of the swimsuits reveal that it doesn’t weigh you down, and it helps to swim better. “It’s so different than any of the swimsuits I’ve ever seen, and I know I can wear this confidently.”
