Patina Maldives, in partnership with Dive Butler International, is thrilled to unveil an exciting new initiative: the Summer Youth Sailing Academy. Geared toward teenagers aged 13-17, this premier program promises an unforgettable blend of excitement, education, and adventure amidst the stunning backdrop of the Fari Islands.
The 5-Day Youth Sailing Academy, running from July 14 to August 15, offers an unparalleled opportunity for young sailors to delve into the art of sailing. Whether beginners or seasoned sailors, participants will not only learn essential sailing techniques but also develop vital life skills such as teamwork, resilience, problem-solving, and a profound connection with nature.
Program Overview:
Days 1 to 3: RS Catamaran Adventures (4 hours daily)
Led by expert instructors, participants will engage in hands-on sailing basics aboard RS Catamarans. From progressive skill-building to mastering safety protocols, these days lay the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of sailing.
Day 4: Yacht Mastery Aboard MY Amber (4 hours)
Experience advanced training on a luxurious yacht, refining sailing prowess and immersing in the grandeur of larger vessels.
Day 5: Skill Showcase (4 hours)
The final day serves as a platform to showcase refined skills around the Fari Islands lagoon, with friends and family invited to witness participants' achievements.
In partnership with Dive Butler International, renowned for its expertise in water sports and diving, Patina Maldives ensures a thrilling and safe experience for all participants. With personalized attention in small groups, each student receives expert guidance, culminating in a certificate of completion symbolizing their dedication and newfound skills.
